These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of services provided by N71 AI Limited ("tlc"), including the Transductor model API, our website and applications (collectively, the "Service"). The Transductor accepts ordinary model prompts or messages and returns model responses. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Fair Use Policy

The Service is intended for legitimate use by you and your authorized team. Your application may send model requests through the Transductor using the access and limits agreed for your account.

Prohibited activities

• Sharing or reselling account credentials without authorization
• Automated abuse or attempts to circumvent access and usage limits
• Bulk data extraction or scraping beyond authorized use
• Competitive intelligence gathering or reverse engineering
• Use intended to degrade service quality for other users

Usage and enforcement

Access limits and any paid terms will be supplied with your account or order. We may throttle abnormal usage, suspend accounts while investigating abuse, or terminate accounts that violate this policy. We will attempt to contact you before taking action except in cases of clear malicious activity.

Account Terms

Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Payment Terms

Billing

If you purchase a paid plan, its price and billing schedule will be set out in your order. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

Price Changes

We may change our prices at any time. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increase.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date.

Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Service. You grant us a limited license to use this data solely to provide and improve the Service.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by tlc and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, tlc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
